Ron Diorio is also involved in Land Developing. Ron is a partner in D&R Properties and Bellbrook Land Company. Ron's partner in those two developing entities is George Reinke who is owner and president of the Reinke Group, a land planning and civil engineering company. A list of the developments that Ron and George have done are:

• Sable Ridge in Bellbrook (8 lots remain)
• Brookwood in Washington Township
• Green Meadow Ranch in Bellbrook
• Estates of Silvercreek in Washington Township

Commercial Building

Ron also has experience in building light commercial buildings for general office and/or medical use. Like our custom luxury housing program we will do a Design/Build Concept to fit your needs.
